The forms and workflows support responding to inquiries, consultation and tutoring intake, appointment scheduling, session feedback, tutor applications, and operational communications and internal notifications.

Forms, appointments and connected services

GoHighLevel/LeadConnector supplies forms, calendars, and messaging workflows. Stripe is connected to the paid IEP calendar for payment processing.

Tracking and embedded content

The site includes Google measurement and Ads, Meta (Facebook) and Pinterest tracking, Vimeo video, and LeadConnector embeds. Some of these resources load automatically and can receive connection information, such as IP address, browser details and referrer, along with usage and event information.

Retention and requests

SET has not established a retention period or deletion rule for parent and student information.
